Tiffany Grimes, PhD

Life can be full of unexpected twists and turns- just when we believe we may have a clear direction, the unexpected may occur. As a therapist, I am here to walk side by side with you as we each climb our own mountains on this journey that we call life.

Through my own life experiences, therapy, and becoming a psychologist, I have been given the opportunity to experience first-hand the human ability to transform pain into power. At a time when there are many convincing reasons to give up and not move forward, I am hopeful that together we can find your reasons why. By clarifying your values and using the power of how you speak to yourself, together we will help motivate you towards positive change.

In my experiences working with clients for over 10 years from all around the world and many different cultures, I have had the privilege of helping folks move through unthinkable circumstances, while also creating lasting and significant changes in their lives. Through a holistic, person-centered approach, I aim to help my clients integrate the mind, body, and spirit to prioritize and optimize their health and healing. Know that you are not alone and if you are ready, help is available to you right here, right now.
