Marshall is a licensed therapist specialized in treating addictions and co-occurring disorders. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Executive Healthcare Administration. Marshall has served as a clinical and administrative leader in some of the country’s most reputable hospital systems, and has co-founded nationally recognized institutes and non-profit organizations dedicated to increasing access and improving quality of services for those struggling with mental health and substance use challenges. 

Marshall’s clinical background is rooted in direct clinical care to individuals and families in various stages of recovery from substance use. He has also designed and developed successful programs and services across all levels of the care continuum.
